The first of its kind app, has raised an undisclosed amount of funds from Intex, a consumer electronic goods and accessories manufacturer. Intex has had a thriving association with sports, and its director, Keshav Bansal, became the youngest franchise owner in the history of IPL after buying the Gujarat Lions.
Rooter had, last year, also raised funds from the likes of renowned Bollywood star Boman Irani, celebrity management professional Dhruv Chitgopekar and corporate professional Prantik Dasgupta. Ahlawat & Associates had represented Rooter Tech in all the previous funding rounds as well.
