Amit is a member of the firm’s transactional advisory team. He practices in the areas of General Corporate Advisory and Compliance, Labour and Employment, Commercial Contracts and Agreements, and Investments including Private Equity, Foreign Investment.

With around 4 years in the profession, Amit has advised several large multinational companies from different regions including the United States, Japan, China, the European Union, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom across various industry sectors such as automobile, manufacturing, information technology, services, and pharma on a range of legal requirements.

He advises companies on matters pertaining to conducting business in India, compliance matters, advisory, legal due diligence, title due diligence, licensing and approvals, environmental laws, business transfers, regulatory, labour and employment laws, day-to-day corporate and legal matters.
