Professional Experience
Gitika is a qualified Company Secretary having vast experience in handling the complex matters related to corporate governance and related filings. Her core area of expertise includes handling matters related to the Companies Act and dealing with compliance and filings with RBI, FEMA, NCLT, SEBI, etc. Apart from the above, she has also been handling the day to day secretarial and corporate compliances for many of the corporates clients including RBI and FEMA compliances.
During the period of her total experience, she has independently handled various assignments including Incorporation of corporate entities, LLPs, Liaison offices etc., fast track merger, strike off under Companies Act, voluntary winding up both as per Companies Act and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. She has also been a part of various private equity transaction by extensively handling the corporate secretarial and compliance part of the transaction.
Apart from the above, she is also pursuing her Bachelor of Law.
As a part of the day to day practice, she has been successfully liaising with various regulatory authorities such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India etc. on behalf of the clients and representing them in front of these authorities from time to time.
