She has been involved in the transaction for corporate restructuring and assisted in preparing a resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Khyati is further involved in preparing memorandums and legal opinions for queries under Labour and Employment law, preparing employment contracts and manuals for the companies.
