Mrs. Ahlawat has been practicing law since 1976. She founded the Ahlawat & Associates (A&A) in New Delhi in 1981 as a litigation firm in Delhi. Over the years she grew the firm in manner that A&A become to be known as one of the go to litigation firms in Delhi for civil and commercial disputes. Now A&A is regarded as one of the leading firms in the country in both Litigation and Corporate Commercial services.
She has over 40 years of experience in service, criminal and civil matters in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the subordinate courts and service tribunals. She also has vast experience in arbitration dispute resolution work, including company / commercial. With her experience A&A has a unique ability of handling all dispute related matters within the firm and does not have to rely on outside counsels.
