Nischala is a qualified lawyer and registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. She is a part of the General Corporate and Commercial Practice of Ahlawat & Associates. She has prior extensive experience in rendering advisory to various clients and providing end-to-end support from the term sheet stage to carrying out due diligence and participating in negotiations of transaction documents for both buyer and seller.

Further, she has experience in drafting various corporate and commercial contracts, namely Shareholders Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement, Engineering Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contracts, Operation & Management (“O&M”) Contracts, Service Agreements, Sale Deeds and Supply Contracts.
