Sakshi is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is a qualified Company Secretary with more than three years of considerable post-qualification experience in the fields of corporate secretarial services and corporate law. She has been involved in advising clients on corporate secretarial matters, foreign direct investments and overseas direct investments. Her expertise includes handling corporate secretarial matters, conducting due diligence and rendering advisory on secretarial and regulatory compliances.

She also has exposure to handling the secretarial compliances of joint venture companies, foreign subsidiaries and domestic companies. She has been involved in advising clients on correctional measures and/or compounding. In addition, she has done extensive research and advised the clients on matters relating to downstream investments, overseas direct investment, foreign direct investment, employee stock option plan and corporate social responsibility.
