Shweta is an Associate member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and a Law graduate. She has extensive experience in Corporate Law and dealing matters related with RBI, FEMA, SEBI, Company Law and Corporate advisory. She has vast experience in Drafting of various Agreements, incorporation of Companies, Mergers & Acquisitions, Winding Up and giving of legal opinion on Company and Labour law matters. She has worked on technical aspects of Foreign Direct Investments & outward deals and setting up of Branch & Liaison Office. She also deals extensively on various FEMA issues advising Foreign Companies affecting their entry into India. She is actively involved in corporate due diligence of companies. She has been successfully liaisoning and representing companies before various regulatory authorities such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India etc.
