Upamanyu is a corporate lawyer with two years of experience in handling matters relating to foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, legal due diligence and other allied corporate and commercial laws matters.

He has advised clients in matters pertaining to cross border investments, acquisitions slump sales, legal due diligence, etc. He also has experience in advisory matters mainly pertaining to the issuance of ESOPs, corporate restructurings, establishment of branch offices and liaison offices, execution of concession agreements, e-commerce agreements, raising of investments via hybrid instruments apart from having minor experience of procedural regulatory compliance requirements for private equity transactions.

Upamanyu is a graduate of National Law University Odisha from the batch of 2020.
