ABHISHEK PALIWAL, LLB, ACS is a Corporate legal professional and an Associate Company Secretary with over a decade of experience in different fields and was heading the Corporate Legal & Secretarial Department & Company Secretary of Vatika Limited, Gurgaon.

Abhishek’s expertise include matters related to regulatory & corporate legal matters, contract Management, legal documentation, Corporate compliances under various Corporate Laws, SEBI regulations, RBI and FEMA matters. He carries vast experience in handling Board Meetings, shareholders meetings, Investor relations, litigation support, due-diligences, and has handled mergers, acquisitions, setting up foreign subsidiaries, formation of JVs, restructuring, winding up, liquidation in his role with various Companies. He has also handled many investigations, brand protection issues, litigations related to civil, criminal, labour, company Law, SEBI and other administrative matters.
