Professional Experience

Aseem acquires professional experience of more than 6 years at the Bar Council of India and has been practising law since 2015. His prime areas of litigating practice include criminal laws and commercial laws. He specializes in areas such as arguing Complaints, Petitions and different Applications before various courts, cross-examination of witnesses in criminal courts, defending clients and obtaining orders such as discharge and acquittal of his clients in white-collar crime cases, traditional crime cases and cheque bouncing cases. 

He has obtained significant reliefs from the Delhi High Court and District Courts in Bail Matters, Quashing Petitions and Criminal Miscellaneous Applications. In addition, he also possesses immense experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy claims under IBC laws and Oppression and Mismanagement Petition under the Companies Act and has been successful in the recovery of a large number of claims before the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.  

During his career in litigation, he has advised many clients about their rights and has defended such rights in various court proceedings spanning over different forums including but not limited to the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, all the District Courts in Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission and Debt Recovery Tribunal.  

Over the years, he has also gained substantial experience and exposure of Family Law and Civil Law cases including Divorce proceedings, Suits for Partition, Probate proceedings, Suits for Eviction, Suits for Recovery, Summary suits and Suits for declaration and Permanent Injunction and has also obtained favourable reliefs and decrees from different Courts in India. Apart from his experience, he has also achieved certain accolades in litigation including being appointed as an Amicus Curiae by the Additional Sessions Judge.
