Guneet is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India holding Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in Law and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She is a competent and seasoned professional with 9 plus years of experience in advisory related Transaction & Deals, Venture Capital, Private Equities, Due Diligence, Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance, Securities Law, Corporate Drafting and Research on diverse legal issues.

Being a part of Transaction & Deal and General Corporate advisory team of the firm, she has hands on experience to handle end to end transactions which are complex and client critical ranging from negotiating & drafting term sheets to finalizing the definitive agreements and post deal integration. In her deal advisory role, she has been involved in evaluating private investment opportunities, negotiation, including debt and equity investments as well as primary and secondary fund investments.

In her General Corporate Advisory role, she provides opinions & solutions to convoluted matters of Company Law, FEMA, Securities Law along with understanding & providing tailor made proposal for the clients within and outside the territory of India. She has supervised and handled compliances, policies and procedures related to different industry & organization type.

She is an exceptional combination of financial skills allying with meticulous corporate legal knowledge. Holding a certificate in Valuation & Financial Modelling she is skilled in carrying out valuation under Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comps, Transaction Comps, Merger Models, etc. She is also a Certified Due Diligence Professional in Anti Money Laundering & Anti Financial Crimes.
