Professional Experience

Nischala is a qualified lawyer and is registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, having a professional experience of 5 (five) years. She is a part of the General Corporate and Commercial Practice of Ahlawat & Associates. She has assisted various domestic and international clients with respect to general corporate and legal advisory. She has extensive experience in drafting various corporate and commercial contracts, namely Shareholders Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Engineering Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contracts, Operation & Management (“O&M”) Contracts, Service Agreements, Sale Deeds, and Supply Contracts. Further, in her experience, she has catered as a team member to various high-net-worth equity transactions well known in food, cosmetics, and information technology industries, with specific emphasis on preparing exhaustive due diligence reports and other transaction agreements. She has prior extensive experience in rendering advisory to various clients and providing end-to-end support from the term sheet stage to carrying out due diligence and participating in negotiations of transaction documents for both buyer and seller.
