Nitesh is part of the firm’s litigation and disputes practice. He has over a decade of experience and has been representing not just private clients but also government bodies in front of various courts, tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.

Nitesh has extensive experience in employment related disputes and has regularly argued in employment matters all the way till the Supreme Court. Apart from the above, Nitesh has also represented the clients in large arbitration disputes wherein the claims amounts are in excess of USD 100 million.
