Professional Experience

Prashaant is a corporate lawyer enrolled at Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, having professional experience of 5 (five) years. He practices in the areas of labour and employment laws, corporate & commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions

He has assisted various domestic and international clients in structuring documents relating to organizational employment processes and recruitment. Further, as a professional, Prashaant has an extensive experience in drafting and advising on employment agreements for junior level to senior level executives, consultancy agreements, exit related documents and employment handbooks and human resource policies.

In his professional career, he has been a team member to various high net worth private equity transactions for well-known fast moving consumer goods companies, restaurant and food industry players, data analytics and remote sensing technology entities. He has immense experience in carrying out due diligence exercises and represents investors, buyers and sellers in negotiations and drafting of relevant transaction documents such as investment and subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, business transfer agreements etc.

Prashaant is actively involved with clients and assists them in drafting and negotiation of numerous commercial contracts, master service agreements, sub-contracting agreements, teaming agreements.
