Professional Experience

Shreyika is part of the General Corporate & Commercial and Employment Law team at Ahlawat & Associates. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2018.

She has valuable experience in drafting a wide array of commercial agreements including, but not limited to service agreements, manufacturing/supply agreements, strategic advisory agreements, software development agreements and comprehensive employment agreements as well as varied company policies and manuals. 

Shreyika is involved in corporate restructuring and prepares opinions pertaining to the legal viability of structures that best align with the commercial requirements of clients, in accordance with FDI, ODI and FEMA Regulations. She is further involved in corporate advisory and compliance matters including employment, contract labour, setting up business operations, and intermediary compliances.

Additionally, previously having worked independently and with an international firm, she has cultivated a practical and broad approach and a strong ability to effectively address the legal requirements of clients and international offices.
