Professional Experience

Tania has been a practising lawyer since 2008 and works widely within the area of corporate commercial advisory and employment related matters. In her 15+ years of practice she has represented clients through all phases of negotiation as well as before the various courts of India.

Having done her graduation in History (Hons) and post-graduation in Law, she began her career practicing litigation with a prominent senior advocate of the Supreme Court of India, who she feels contributed greatly to wanting to be a part of the legal fraternity and enhancing her overall world view. She switched gears to enhance her skill set to practice corporate commercial advisory, with a particular interest in the real estate, education and employment laws before joining forces with A&A. 

She has played a pivot role in the growth trajectory of Ahlawat & Associates in the past 10 years and continues to work towards expanding practice areas and expertise at the firm given the evolving requirements in the legal space. As a lawyer, she aims at providing valued, practical and strategic legal solutions to help clients achieve their goals. She takes pride in fuelling innovative solutions and being a catalyst in the evolution of the verticals at the firm as well as the organic growth story of the 40+ lawyer that make up A&A.
