Professional Experience
Tanya is an Australian qualified Lawyer on her restricted certificate. She completed her Juris Doctor from the Australian National University and was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of Australian Capital Territory in October 2020. She is currently associated with the Corporate Commercial Team in Ahlawat & Associates.
Tanya has had prior experience in Australian commercial law as a paralegal through which she gained experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and drafting advice to clients. Under commercial contracts, she has worked and reviewed construction contracts, security payment contracts, employment contracts, services agreements and shareholder agreements.
