Professional Experience

Upamanyu is a corporate lawyer with over three years of experience in handling matters relating to foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other allied corporate commercial matters.

He has advised clients from various regions of the world operating across various sectors ranging from gaming to industrial manufacturing in matters pertaining to cross-border investments, private equity investments, slump sale transactions, formation of joint ventures, issuance of ESOPs, etc. He also has experience in conducting due diligence exercises for various transactions as well as drafting various types of commercial agreements.

He also has experience in labour and employment matters such as the preparation of employment manuals of companies and drafting of employment documents.

Upamanyu is a graduate of the National Law University Odisha from the batch of 2020.
