With over 7 years in the profession, Vineet has advised several large multinational companies from different regions such as Japan, Germany, the Middle East, the United Kingdom across various industry sectors such as manufacturing, technology, telecommunication, aviation, services, and healthcare on a gamut of legal services.
He advises companies on matters relating to doing business in India, business diversification, legal due diligence, vendor due diligence, title due diligence, licensing and approvals, environmental laws, strategic acquisitions, regulatory framework, day to day corporate and employment matters.
In the past, Vineet has been a member of the grievance redressal committee of a leading Japanese Company having a pan India presence. In addition, he has also represented several companies before Labour Courts in relation to the Employer-Employee disputes.
