Refund and Cancellation
A&A generally does not offer the option of cancellation of or refund for its services (unless
specifically permitted as per the terms of engagement entered
into with a particular user). Users cannot claim the right to refund from A&A in respect of the
services availed by A&A (unless specifically agreed as per
the terms of the terms of engagement entered into with a particular user).
Reservation of Legal Rights
A&A holds the right to access all remedies available at law and in equity in case a user violates
any of these Terms.
