(W.P.(C)- IPD7/2022 & CM30/2022). The #delhihighcourt, by its order dated #march 23, 2022, issued directions to the #trademarks registry for devising an effective mechanism for conducting #show cause hearings; and stipulated key features (for the effective hearing mechanism) for the #trademarks registry to consider.
