• We have undertaken drafting of commercial contracts for a Fintech company for the purposes of API integration between one party being the payment processor and the other party being the company providing services to the public at large and receiving funds through the software of the payment processor. While drafting the agreements, the team ensured that necessary compliances were specified by the Reserve Bank of India and enumerated under the compliance, and clauses relating to the Payments and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
