Chirag is a Trainee Associate working in the Corporate Secretarial team at A&A. He deals in matters related to Due Diligence, Incorporation of Indian companies and subsidiaries of foreign companies, Compliances relating to FEMA, The Companies Act, and Securities Laws such as FDI, ODI, Disclosures, Compounding, allied Corporate Secretarial matter and stock exchange compliances of a Listed company.
