Professional Experience

Isha handles an array of corporate and commercial agreements including but not limited to service agreements, employment agreements, stock option agreements, non-disclosure agreements, terms of use/service and employee handbook. She also counsels on corporate advisory matters across diverse industry sectors and deals with resolution of other issues pertaining to labour and employment, legal due diligence, licensing and approvals, employee transfers.

She has also been actively involved in business restructuring advisory as well as drafting, perusal, and due diligence with respect to transactions in private equity/venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.
