Nishant Rewalia is part of the Litigation Team. Before pursuing Bachelors in Law, Nishant Rewalia completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree. This educational background in commerce equips him with a solid foundation in business principles and practices, which complements his legal expertise. He has appeared before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and Commissions and represented clients primarily in disputes of Civil and Commercial nature. In addition to his experience in litigation, Nishant also has expertise in handling matters in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) platforms. He has successfully represented clients from various sectors, ranging from banks, schools, conglomerates, and Embassies etc. He has drafted suits, replies, writ petitions among other legal documents. Nishant maintains a proactive attitude towards personal and professional development and upholds a strong ethical code and possesses an attitude of continuous learning and growth.
