Parag has extensive experience in working with clients, ranging from individuals, start-ups and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, and has been representing clients in a diverse array of industries, including fashion & apparel, cosmetics, hospitality, entertainment and media, gaming and education. 

Having professional experience of almost four years, he has gained valuable experience in Intellectual Property and other related laws and is primarily responsible for handling every aspect of IP prosecution, including devising pre-filing strategies for better protection of brands, preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, complete IP due diligence, drafting and filing notices of opposition, counter statements, evidence affidavits, cease and desist notices, attending hearings before examiners and Registrars at the respective authorities. His work also involves advising and assisting clients in resolving domain name dispute proceedings, drafting and vetting license and royalty agreements, assignment agreements, artist agreement, production agreement, privacy policies, data retention policies et al
