He has navigated the complexities of diverse legal landscapes primarily holding skills in litigation and dispute resolution, by developing a nuanced understanding of the intricacies within each domain.

His area of practice extends across a wide spectrum of cases, from high stakes contractual disputes to complex writ matters. Shashank has not just represented private clients but also government authorities and PSUs in areas of civil, criminal and arbitration disputes before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, Commissions and Fora in Delhi. He also has an extensive exposure in drafting SLPs, Writs, Petitions, Suits, and Appeals, etc.
